Job Description

As a Graphic Designer & Videographer, you will not only develop conceptual ideas, but also visually bring those ideas to life across different touchpoints and mediums. 
This position calls for a highly collaborative team member with a creative spark, sophisticated design abilities, strong communication skills, passion and self-motivation.  
 
Graphic Designer & Videographer Responsibilities: 

  • Possess a strong design sensibility with the ability to develop a range of deliverables, including proposal and presentation design, creating brand identities (logo design), print collateral, menus, infographics, videos, email and digital communication
  • Build and create compelling presentation decks for board meetings and other internal and external meetings, with a heavy emphasis on data visualization and articulating a clear narrative 
  • Maintain all brand assets to achieve consistent brand expression across all channels such as web, email and social 
  • Assist on digital campaigns and design optimal performance 
  • Select and manipulate imagery and video for use marketing collateral 
  • Develop creative ideas and narratives that support the marketing plan 
  • Create compelling social media posts including ads, reels, stills and gifs 
  • Conceptualize, plan and create a wide range of video content, including marketing campaigns, informational videos and webinars from start to finish 
  • Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, audio and framing 
  • Edit and post-produce video content, including but not limited to, adding graphics, animations, music and subtitles as necessary 
  • Manage video files, organize archives and ensure all assets are easily accessible for future use 

Graphic Designer & Videographer Requirements: 
  • Highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop 
  • Proven experience as a videographer, including shooting and editing video content  
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your videography, editing and graphic design skills across both print and digital  
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; After Effects a plus  
  • Competent with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  • Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills; accurately manage projects to conclusion on time 
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner
  • Photography and understanding of lighting are a plus
  • Ability to provide your own video equipment such as any high quality DSLR a plus  
  • Experience in utilizing drones for filming a plus
