Job Description
LaSalle Network has partnered with an educational non-profit organization to hire a Grant Coordinator to join their team! Grant Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Prepare and write grant proposals to various funders for the organization
- Maintain timelines, calendars and an organized database with up-to-date and accurate information
- Attend meetings and participate in both short-term and long-term fundraising plans
- Identify the organization's strengths to create a competitive edge in grant proposals
- Maintain and manage relationships with external funders and team members
Grant Coordinator Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience with grant coordination or grant writing
- Excellent writing, editing and project management skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Experience writing grant proposals for Chicago based companies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize complex projects efficiently
