We’re hiring a Global Procurement Specialist to take the lead on executing a high-impact Strategic Sourcing Plan. This role is built for someone with a sharp global perspective, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate complex supplier relationships across continents. If you’re energized by international trade, OEM strategy, and fast-paced product development—we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll be managing a diverse supplier base across Asia and Europe, supporting new product development, and driving cost savings with precision and purpose.

Global Procurement  Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Execute sourcing strategies that align with cost targets, trade regulations, and long-term business goals

  • Manage a network of 45+ global suppliers with a focus on OEM partnerships

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support profitability and on-time product launches

  • Drive tariff mitigation and apply global trade knowledge to sourcing decisions

  • Partner with engineering teams on NPD and CPD projects

  • Oversee supplier performance, quality, and adherence to cost targets

  • Implement supplier development initiatives and resolve cost and quality issues

  • Track purchase orders and ensure delivery timelines and quality expectations are met

Global Procurement Specialist Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in global sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

  • Experience with OEM supplier management in Asia/Europe preferred

  • Familiarity with ECOs and collaboration with engineering teams

  • APICS or CPM certification is a plus

  • Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to supplier relationships

  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deliver results under pressure
