We’re hiring a Global Procurement Specialist to take the lead on executing a high-impact Strategic Sourcing Plan. This role is built for someone with a sharp global perspective, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate complex supplier relationships across continents. In this role, you’ll be managing a diverse supplier base across Asia and Europe, supporting new product development, and driving cost savings with precision and purpose.
Global Procurement Specialist Responsibilities:

Execute sourcing strategies that align with cost targets, trade regulations, and long-term business goals

Manage a network of 45+ global suppliers with a focus on OEM partnerships

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support profitability and on-time product launches
-
Drive tariff mitigation and apply global trade knowledge to sourcing decisions

Partner with engineering teams on NPD and CPD projects

Oversee supplier performance, quality, and adherence to cost targets

Implement supplier development initiatives and resolve cost and quality issues

Track purchase orders and ensure delivery timelines and quality expectations are met
Global Procurement Specialist Requirements:

3+ years of experience in global sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

Experience with OEM supplier management in Asia/Europe preferred

Familiarity with ECOs and collaboration with engineering teams

APICS or CPM certification is a plus
-
Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to supplier relationships

Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deliver results under pressure
