Location: US Based Remote
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled GhostDraft Developer/Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the development and maintenance of automated documentation by leveraging GhostDraft’s Hub, Studio, and Workbench platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content authoring and document design, with the ability to create new forms and configure intelligent document logic to support a variety of business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new document templates and forms for policy documents, regulatory materials, and customer communications.
- Perform full-cycle content authoring and document generation using GhostDraft Hub, Studio, and Workbench.
- Configure data bindings, conditional logic, and business rules to drive dynamic content and automated workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable document components that meet compliance and branding standards.
- Work closely with business analysts, compliance, legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and validate output.
- Troubleshoot template issues and implement improvements to streamline document processes.
- Maintain thorough documentation for templates, components, and version control practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with GhostDraft, including Hub, Studio, and Workbench.
- Proficiency in content authoring and dynamic template creation.
- Experience developing new forms from scratch and optimizing existing ones.
- Strong understanding of document automation and workflow configuration.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Guidewire PolicyCenter or other insurance platforms.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or finance.
- Knowledge of document governance, versioning, and compliance best practices.
