LaSalle Network is partnering with a high-growth organization to find an experienced FP&A Analyst to join its finance team in Westchester, IL. In this hybrid role, you’ll support financial strategy through reporting, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.
As the FP&A Analyst, you’ll deliver insights that shape budgets, forecasts, and business cases, playing a critical role in strategic planning and operational efficiency.
What’s the job?

Create detailed financial analysis reports and track performance metrics

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned teams

Build presentations for quarterly business reviews

Collaborate with internal teams to identify key financial drivers

Ensure accuracy and alignment between FP&A and accounting teams

Identify cost efficiencies and provide ROI-driven insights
What’s needed?

Minimum 2 years of experience in an FP&A or finance role

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Advanced Excel capabilities

Familiarity with BI platforms, TM1, or Oracle is preferred

Strong business acumen and communication skills

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver accurate results
