FP&A Analyst

Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with an investment management organization based in Manhattan Beach, CA to hire an FP&A Analyst. The ideal candidate is passionate, curious and hungry.

FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:

• Analyze portfolio company monthly financial results, review bank reporting packages and evaluate cash forecasts
• Support portfolio company annual budgeting process and model building
• Collaborate with others on the FP&A team to enhance and maintain operational finance best practices relevant for growth stage SaaS companies
• Support onboarding of new companies into K1 processes and systems
• Assist in the ongoing improvement of K1 reporting practices; enhance the quality of information provided and the efficiency of its production through process and system improvements
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis utilizing financial, operational and sales data
• Establish and maintain relationships with finance teams of the portfolio companies

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in finance, accounting, business or engineering required
• First generation college students are strongly encouraged to apply
• 0-1 years of finance/accounting experience preferred
• Proven track record of going above and beyond on with required tasks at current position or educational institution
• Demonstrated interest in finance and desire to learn
• Ability to communicate at various levels of an organization and build relationships with stakeholders
• Proactive and high-energy with a hands-on approach to problem solving
• Results-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and expeditiously
