LaSalle Network is currently seeking a Food Safety & Quality Regulatory Specialist for our client, an innovative, food manufacturing company in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. Food Safety & Quality Regulatory Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming customer questions and customer documentation, remitting documentation in Salesforce
- Track KPIs and metrics through Salesforce
- Follow customer SOPs and process documentation through SaaS Supplier platform, TraceGains
- Collaborate heavily with Sales team to manage and build relationships and help support specialty ingredients ordering
- Assist in managing team inbox for customer central team
- Pull documentation and files from SAP to complete customer requests
Food Safety & Quality Regulatory Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent food safety, regulatory documentation, quality or supply chain experience
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Able to problem solve, multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Tracegains and SAP or another ERP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and Vlookups)
