This role is back in the office in Midtown 5x a week, budgeted up to a base of $100,000 with additional bonus potential.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position supporting complex transactions in one of the fastest-growing asset classes: data centers. Bring your analytical edge and a proven track record (2+ years) and be part of a team that moves quickly and thinks big.
Data & Capital Markets Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze data center acquisition, disposition, and leasing deals
- Build and maintain financial models using Excel and ARGUS
- Assist with capital markets research and investment strategy
- Track, update, and manage deal flow and investor communications in Salesforce
- Support presentations, pitch decks, and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders
Data & Capital Markets Analyst Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate, capital markets, or investment analysis
- Proficiency in ARGUS, Salesforce, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Based in NYC or willing to commute regularly
