LaSalle Network has partnered with a fast-growing, industry-leading manufacturing company located in the heart of downtown Chicago to identify a Treasury Finance Manager. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take ownership of complex treasury operations. This company is scaling quickly, and they need someone sharp, strategic and execution-oriented—immediately.
The Treasury Finance Manager will lead cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships across a multi-entity business structure. Candidates must bring strong communication, forecasting, and analytical skills to the table, and be excited to play a key role in financial strategy. Base compensation up to $140,000.
Treasury Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts across multiple entities
- Manage banking relationships, including compliance and treasury agreements
- Monitor daily cash positioning and optimize liquidity
- Partner with FP&A and accounting on treasury impacts in reporting and budgeting
- Lead initiatives to improve working capital, cash flow and treasury systems
- Evaluate foreign currency exposure and manage risk
- Support M&A and financing transactions as needed
Treasury Finance Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA or CPA highly preferred
- 7+ years of treasury, corporate finance or related experience
- Proven ability to manage cash forecasting and complex cash flows
- Advanced Excel and experience with treasury management systems (TMS)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Must be able to commute to downtown Chicago; hybrid flexibility offered
