LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading global agency to hire an Associate Director, Client Finance in New York City. This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote) is perfect for a finance leader who thrives in client-centric environments and understands the intricacies of agency life.
You’ll work across teams to manage forecasting, billing, reporting, and compliance—bringing structure and strategy to the fast-moving world of media finance. Reporting to the Director and SVP of Finance, this role is central to keeping operations aligned with both client contracts and internal goals.
Associate Director, Client Finance Responsibilities:

Oversee month-end close, including revenue recognition, billing accruals, and fee reconciliations

Deliver detailed financial reports and forecasts for multiple strategic business units

Ensure timekeeping compliance and maintain labor billing records across accounts

Develop and update pricing models in alignment with contract terms

Track project statuses and coordinate reporting dashboards and data audits

Liaise with account leadership, PM teams, and external partners on financial deliverables

Maintain rigorous compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and audit prep

Lead staff training and monitor billing workflows
Associate Director, Client Finance Requirements:

Degree in Finance or Accounting; advanced degree a plus

6–8 years in client finance, operational finance, or FP&A (agency/media preferred)

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage across stakeholders

High proficiency in Excel; TM1 or similar financial systems experience preferred

Skilled in client reporting, forecasting, and managing competing priorities

NYC-based with hybrid availability
