Our client is North America’s leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-quality steel shelving and cabinets for garage, basement, storage, and commercial storage applications. They are looking for an administrative operation assistant to help them with their data entry.Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Maintain confidential information
- Scan documents
- Complete administrative duties
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Excellent grammar
- Ability to take initiative
