Job Description
Lasalle Network is thrilled to be partnered with a prominent and well-respected family in the Chicagoland area that owns a diversified group of companies, professional sports team and properties all over the nation. They're seeking an Executive Assistant to support their VP of Real Estate with day-to-day business operations. 

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel for Vice President of Real Estate, as well as other members of Real Estate function, as needed
  • Process invoices and manage travel expenses
  • Document management including copies, faxes and the creation and maintenance of filing system
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and presentations, providing edits and formatting changes as appropriate

Executive Assistant Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience out of a real estate or investment firm
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
