As the Executive Assistant, you'll serve as the right hand to our client's Chief Experience Officer, managing a wide array of responsibilities essential to their success. Your role will encompass intricate calendar management, adept coordination of complex international and domestic travel arrangements, meticulous expense reporting and seamless meeting preparation. Additionally, you'll wield your creativity and attention to detail in crafting compelling PowerPoint presentations that captivate and inform diverse audiences.

With your keen eye for detail and knack for multitasking, you'll excel in orchestrating flawless event planning initiatives, ensuring that every occasion is executed with precision and excellence. Whether it's coordinating high-profile gatherings or orchestrating team-building activities, your organizational prowess will shine.

Located in the city of Columbus, OH, you'll be immersed in a dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation. Working on-site five days a week, you'll have the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of our client's global retail empire while enjoying the camaraderie of a passionate and dedicated team.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Extensive calendar management for the CXO, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments and managing conflicts
  • Skillful coordination of international and domestic travel arrangements, ensuring smooth itineraries and accommodations
  • Diligent preparation of expense reports, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Expertise in creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages
  • Proficient management of event planning logistics, from conception to execution, to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Collaborative engagement with cross-functional teams to support the CXO's objectives and initiatives

Executive Assistant Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years proven experience as an executive assistant supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Must come out of organizations of 2,000+ employees
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving retail landscape
