Job Description
LaSalle Network is partnered with the nation’s leading producer of specialty pouches for the growing flexible packaging market. Each day they produce millions of high value technical pouches that protect the products and brands consumed in homes and hospitals around the world. They are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a transformation ERP project.

As the ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment of an enterprise-wide ERP solution. You will lead and coordinate all aspects of the implementation project, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and stays on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards.

ERP Implementation Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, defining scope, objectives, and key deliverables
  • Create and manage project timelines and budgets
  • Build and lead a cross-functional project team, including functional leads, developers, consultants and external vendors
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, risks and issues
  • Manage stakeholder expectations effectively
  • Work closely with business units to gather and document ERP requirements
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
  • Collaborate with ERP vendors and third-party partners
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure the successful delivery of services
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project scope, timeline or budget
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the ERP system meets established standards and delivers business value
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and minimize disruption during the transition to the new ERP system
  • Coordinate training programs and documentation efforts to enable end-users to effectively utilize the ERP system
  • Ensure a smooth transition to post-implementation support and maintenance
  • Monitor system performance and address any post-implementation issues

ERP Implementation Project Manager Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with ERP software selection, configuration, and customization
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
