As an Entry-Level Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creative problem-solving and troubleshooting of customer issues. You will work closely with an experienced team, and will be taking chats and emails to help grow and maintain their customers!


Entry-Level Email Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Track and follow up on open issues in order to maintain a high-quality customer experience
  • Identify trends across customers and work with management to provide top-notch solutions
  • Provide impeccable customer support by maintaining a positive attitude and creating innovative solutions
  • Communicate internally, escalate customer requests and concerns for prompt and thorough resolution


Entry-Level Email Support Specialist Requirements:

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule going into their downtown Chicago office
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to create and improve upon standard operating procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
