Entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of invoices each week

Resolving invoice discrepancies and verify proper approval authorization

Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments

Insuring credit is received for outstanding credit memos

Review, approve and process T&E transactions

Correspond with vendors and respond to requests
Entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
-
Experience working in a large ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, Concur, etc.

Experience processing via a 3-way match system
-
Ability to multi-task
