Job Description

Our client, a rapidly growing technology company headquartered out of Chicago is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Executive to join their growing team. The Enterprise Customer Success Executive will play an integral part in superior client engagement with some of the largest consumer brands in the world.

 

This SaaS company is seeking a motivated Enterprise Customer Success Executive to service their enterprise accounts including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. The perfect person for this role will bring experience servicing financial services accounts as well as be able to bring fresh, innovative ideas to further the success of this team and company.

 

Enterprise Customer Success Executive Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business of up to 10 Enterprise accounts
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide an overall positive experience with client retention
  • Drive the adoption of new features and new releases of the product as well as effectively demonstrate the products’ capabilities
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase productivity of the team
  • Provide coaching and training to new hires

 

Enterprise Customer Success Executive Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 5+ years of customer success management experience
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Client-base specific to financial service is a plus
  • Familiar with technical project management including work breakdown structures, risk/issue management and quality assurance
  • Experience working large cross-functional internal and external client/vendor teams to execute projects in multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Able to self-manage projects end to end
