This high-impact role is at the forefront of driving innovation across digital platforms—think e-commerce, MarTech, and next-gen data ecosystems. Enterprise Architect, Digital Responsibilities:
- Define and lead architecture strategies, roadmaps, and governance for MarTech and e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate across IT and business teams to unlock capabilities and mitigate risk
- Provide architectural leadership across large-scale digital transformation programs
- Work closely with fellow enterprise architects to define technical standards and reusable frameworks
- Champion governance practices, reduce technical debt, and optimize cost-performance balance
- Translate business requirements into future-ready, extensible digital solutions
- Integrate emerging technologies like IoT, AI, and Big Data into enterprise architecture
- Design and document end-to-end architectures that align with business goals and enable operational agility
- Ensure architectural frameworks support seamless integration, scalability, and innovation
Enterprise Architect, Digital Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience architecting digital solutions (capability models, reference framework, roadmaps, business architecture, value streams) across MarTech, web, analytics, and e-commerce platforms
- Deep understanding of CPG, supply chain, or manufacturing business processes
- Experience with platforms such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite
- Strong grasp of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), streaming tech, and machine learning integration
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex ideas into actionable strategies for technical and non-technical teams
- Collaborative, outcome-driven mindset with a passion for innovation
