Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Make 100–150 outbound calls per day using an auto-dialer
- Schedule 2–3 interviews daily with prospective students
- Connect through phone, email, and SMS using a defined contact strategy
- Conduct interviews or prequalifications to determine program fit
- Guide applicants through the enrollment process, collaborating cross-functionally
- Build trust and rapport quickly in a high-volume call environment
- Stay compliant with all institutional policies and procedures
- Adapt quickly to updates in processes, systems, and strategies
- Collaborate with a team and contribute to a culture focused on care and results
- Demonstrate values of teamwork, energy, accountability, community, and heart in daily interactions
- Strong communication and phone skills in a high-call-volume setting
- Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to build connections and influence outcomes through conversation
- Self-motivated and team-oriented with a student-first mindset
