LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing Digital Marketing Agency here in Chicago in their search for an Email Marketing Coordinator with about ~1 year of experience (equivalent internship experience is welcomed!) to join their growing marketing team!
In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of email campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty. You’ll collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to build visually appealing, on-brand emails and help maintain a smooth campaign process from design to delivery.
This is a temp to perm opportunity with a flexible, hybrid model (onsite in Chicago 1-2 days a week!).
What You’ll Do:

Design and update email assets such as banners, graphics, and layouts for promotional and loyalty campaigns

Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring email concepts to life

Assist with building and maintaining email templates to ensure brand consistency

Prepare and optimize email graphics for mobile and desktop platforms

Keep email design assets organized for easy access across teams
-
Stay current on email design trends and share ideas for improving engagement

Help ensure email campaigns go out on time and meet internal deadlines
What We’re Looking For:

Around 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital design, or a related field (internship experience welcomed!)

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience working with or exposure to email platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact

A strong eye for layout, design, and detail

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and brand teams

Passion for marketing and eagerness to continue growing in the digital space
