LaSalle Network is partnering with a New York City-based non-profit client who is looking to hire a Donation Specialist. As the Donation Specialist, you would be responsible for processing gifts and donations across the organization.

Donation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Overall gift tracking and processing ownership
  • Support monthly accounting for donations including various monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Account reconciliations and analysis
  • Participate in projects as needed

Donation Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of non-profit donation processing experience
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Pro-active attitude, pragmatic, team-player
  • Able to handle several projects simultaneously
