Domestic Customer Tracking Agent I Responsibilities:

Track and monitor shipment movements from start to finish

Keep shipment records accurate and up to date with comprehensive notes

Communicate delays or issues to the right teams—fast

Work hand-in-hand with field offices, agents, and carrier networks

Jump in to resolve service disruptions with urgency and care

Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism

Build and maintain trust with external partners
Domestic Customer Tracking Agent I Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Previous experience in freight or logistics is a big plus

Tech-savvy and comfortable with shipment tracking systems
