Job Description
LaSalle Network is actively seeking a results-oriented and strategic leader to assume the key role of Director of Technology Sales. Notably, our technology vertical stands out as one of our fastest-growing units. In this role, you will play a direct and influential role in a team consisting of both entry-level and experienced sales professionals, all while collaborating closely with our esteemed CEO and COO.

Director of Technology Sales Responsibilities: 
  • Partner with executive leadership and recruiting leaders to develop go to market strategy
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Leaders and Business Development Managers
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and competition
  • Network with technology industry leaders

Director of Technology Sales Requirements: 
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role
  • Preferably technology staffing experience or experience selling into the technology sector
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading effective sales teams, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Strategic thinking which results in the development of the overall business strategy and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • A track record of successfully breaking into new markets, driving growth through innovative sales approaches
