Job Description
LaSalle Network is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Technology Recruiting to lead our high-performing Technology Services recruiting practice. In this role, you’ll work under the leadership of our VP of Recruiting, an incredible mentor with 13+ years of industry knowledge and experience.
This team consists of some of LaSalle’s highest-performing recruiters who have led the way in quarterly revenue production. The new Director of Technology Recruiting will continue to develop the talents of this group and will take their performance to the next level, ensuring that searches are executed successfully and that client relationships continue to grow.
Director of Technology Recruiting Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve company and unit revenue goals
- Oversee team operations, holding recruiters accountable to daily and weekly activity metrics
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top technology talent
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Collaborate with salespeople and leadership team to ensure successful execution of client requests
- Remain knowledgeable about industry trends and educate direct reports
Director of Technology Recruiting Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in technology recruiting (staffing industry preferred), with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top technology talent and motivating a team of recruiters
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, including hiring trends and in-depth knowledge of how to attract and qualify talent in this space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
