Our client is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Director to oversee the strategy, structure, and daily operations of their people function. This role will serve as a key partner to their executive team, supporting company-wide initiatives during a period of rapid growth and organizational change.
HR Director Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR functions including compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department and develop junior HR team members.
- Implement programs that support company culture, engagement, and retention.
- Guide performance management processes and leadership coaching efforts.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and standards.
- Analyze workforce trends using data and HRIS tools to inform decision-making.
- Enhance and streamline employee lifecycle operations.
- Supporting organizational growth and new headcount planning.
- Strengthening leadership development and coaching programs.
- Partnering with C-suite to create consistency in people management.
HR Director Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred.
- Experience in scaling HR in a high-growth, fast-paced company.
- Strong understanding of employment law, benefits, compliance, and performance management.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
