LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Director of Growth Marketing for one of their top clients in the B2B SaaS space here in Chicago. This person will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will be the driver of revenue growth for the company. This person will be responsible for leading all efforts to drive innovative and cost-effective new customer acquisition and customer growth at the core of all efforts.

Director of Growth Marketing Responsibilities:
- Own marketing campaigns focused on driving net-new pipeline, including inbound demo requests and opportunity goals
- Own and manage a process for experimentation to find new channels, tactics, audiences and offers
- Build automated and organic social, outbound campaigns that are focused on driving inbound demand
- Develop and optimize pipeline acceleration campaigns to help improve deal velocity and conversion
- Manage day-to-day worldwide marketing operations; provide visibility and management on all inbound and outbound leads by maintaining regular lead scoring, dashboard updates, analytics reporting, and more
- Own targeted outbound account-based marketing strategy and execution
Director of Growth Marketing Requirements:
- You have 5+ years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
- You have extensive B2B, enterprise software, and SaaS/cloud experience in a high-growth environment
- Successful track record in conducting integrated campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, email, and online
- Experience working in HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook Analytics, Google AdWords, etc.
- You get things out to market, test them, continue to optimize, and repeat!
- You have stellar communication skills and have the ability to distill complex concepts in a simplistic way
- You know how to work flawlessly with teams like Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- You don’t take yourself too seriously!
