Job Description
Our client is a renowned CPG organization and one of the world's largest spirits producers. They are currently seeking a Director, HRBP. This role will serve as a primary HR leader for the organization's Global IT and Digital organizations. This role will be accountable to provide HR support to the Global IT and Digital Leadership team, including strategic talent decisions, critical succession planning, performance management and key organization decisions.
Director, HRBP Responsibilities:
- Build talent and role profiles for the capabilities required to underpin the organizational models
- Match talent, capability and roles as part of the organizational roadmap
- Partner with the business leads and global talent on succession planning, building bench strength and strategic workforce planning related to ITs long-term ambitions
- Act as a coach and strategic partner to the Global IT and Digital Leadership teams, recognizing and deploying learning solutions where applicable
- Support and lead change initiatives across the Global IT and Digital networks
- Look for opportunities to continuously improve the processes and new ways of working to drive efficacy
- Ongoing proactive engagement building and driving of a “we over me” mindset throughout the Global IT organization
- Ensure that D&I is at the center of talent decisions
Director, HRBP Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field; master’s degree strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner with increasing responsibility, including experience in a Direct to Consumer (DTC) environment and/or a technology environment
- A blend of experience driving and supporting organizational and cultural change is required
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders, leading change initiatives and developing organizational effectiveness solutions is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills
