Our client is hiring on a Digital Asset Manager to support the Marketing department in organizing and optimizing digital media assets. This role will help ensure the efficient storage and retrieval of various digital files such as images, videos, and documents, while maintaining consistency and quality control across assets.
This is a full-time contract position and would be fully remote. Midwest-based candidates preferred.
Digital Asset Manager Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the digital asset management system for organizing multimedia content.

Support naming conventions, metadata tagging, and folder structures for easy access.

Work with content creators and stakeholders to ensure proper asset categorization.

Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and copyright regulations.

Help maintain and improve the digital asset management system to stay aligned with industry best practices.
Digital Asset Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s in Library & Information Science preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in a large organization, preferably in marketing, creative, or educational settings.

Strong knowledge of digital asset management practices and software.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
