Demand Planner

LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing aviation organization. Our client is looking for a Demand Planner who will assume a pivotal position, optimizing supply chain operations by accurately forecasting customer demands and ensuring inventory readiness.

Demand Planner Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze historical sales data, market trends and customer forecasts
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support production, procurement and inventory management
• Identify potential demand risks and proposing proactive strategies to mitigate them
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock
• Communicate demand plans and inventory status to stakeholders, including production teams and suppliers
• Continuously improve forecasting models and processes to enhance accuracy and responsiveness
• Contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies that may impact demand patterns

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Demand Planner in the aviation or aerospace industry
• Proficiency in demand forecasting software and tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry dynamics is a plus
