Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with an innovative SaaS company that specializes in the marketing and advertising space in bringing on a Demand Generation Manager. They work with BIG name organizations that you most likely interact with on a day-to-day basis. They have seen 100% growth year after year since their 2015 inception. This Demand Generation Manager will be reporting directly to the CMO and working closely with the entire C-suite. This role will be working strategically to generate leads by leveraging a variety of online channels such as email, paid advertising, ABM, landing pages, content marketing, and more. The Demand Generation Manager will serve as the internal expert within lead scoring, nurturing, list management, segmentation, and targeting. This is arguably the MOST important position at the company.

Demand Generation Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage lead scoring, nurturing, list management, segmentation, and targeting across digital marketing channels such as email, paid advertisement, content marketing, and ABM
  • Able to work cross functionally with sales, product, technology, and marketing teams
  • Develop all digital advertisements, web traffic optimization, and marketing KPI’s
  • Handle all inbound lead generation
  • A/B Testing and Optimization
  • Additional duties as required

Demand Generation Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, advertising, or related discipline
  • 4+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, HTML 5, and WordPress
  • Previous experience with Hubspot or related CRM platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
