Job Description

As a Deductions Analyst, you'll be part of a team that's shaping the future of consumer goods while enjoying a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Deductions Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer deductions and chargebacks efficiently and accurately
  • Analyze large sets of financial data to identify trends, discrepancies and root causes of deductions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service and Finance, to obtain necessary information and documents to support resolution efforts
  • Maintain organized records of deductions and resolutions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Prepare and present deduction reports, including trends, findings and recommendations, to management
  • Proactively identify process improvements and implement best practices to reduce future deductions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate open communication and resolve issues effectively

Deductions Analyst Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in deductions analysis or a related financial role, preferably within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
