Job Description

LaSalle Network is currently working with one of our clients, a leading consumer marketing company. They are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team onsite in the Grapevine, TX area. This organization is looking to expand its team as they are seeing rapid growth.

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to maintain existing Intranet, Extranet and Internet sites and applications
  • Participate in the ongoing development of applications that meet the needs of our customers
  • Deliver new functionality and change requests for existing applications
  • Perform complete testing of web applications, unit and system, engaging users as necessary
  • Conduct alpha and beta testing and report results
  • Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use
  • Develop database-driven web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing
  • Develop external web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information
  • Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn

Data Entry Clerk Requirements:
  • Data entry experience
  • Previous experience meeting deadlines
  • Ability to adapt and multitask
  • Detail orientated
  • Must have a great attitude/personality 
  • High energy, desire to learn and do the job well  
  • Must pass a basic computer typing test
  • Comfortable working on a computer, have basic skills and knowledge
