Location: Elk Grove, IL
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite)
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

As a Data Analyst, you’ll advance enterprise-wide reporting and analytics, supporting teams across our client and their external partners. You’ll develop automated, accurate, and timely data solutions that drive insight and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SSRS, Power BI, and T-SQL.
- Manage and deliver multiple reporting projects across business functions.
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve operations and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate reporting needs.
- Ensure data quality, compliance with HIPAA/HITECH, and adherence to best practices.
- 3+ years in data analysis or reporting within healthcare, pharmacy, or pharma environments.
- Expertise with SSRS, T-SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
