Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS company, located in Denver, CO. Our client is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their growing team and be an integral part of superior client engagement with some of the largest consumer brands in the world.

 

The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for delivering white glove service to existing clients, while maintaining and growing those relationships. This role also offers high visibility to leadership and career trajectory. The ideal candidate will be passionate and value collaboration, service and technology.

 

Customer Success Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage projects to meet client requirements
  • Support clients/customers to help them make the best use of the platform
  • Serve as point of contact for clients/customers for any questions, issues or additional services
  • Create custom reports and deliver to clients/customers

 

Customer Success Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in client services, customer success or related areas within SaaS or financial services
  • Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity JIRA or Confluence is a plus
