Our client, a leading education technology company in consumer insights, is expanding its Customer Success team. Due to its product placement and recent acquisitions, they are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for growing existing accounts through client outreach and relationship building.

Customer Success Manager Requirements:

  • Maintain existing accounts and upsell new technology services
  • Act as client lead, driving the company’s mission with its customer base
  • Work heavily within data and consumer insights to present creative solutions to buyers
  • Update and maintain client information in the client database
  • Become knowledgeable on the full suite of products and services

Customer Success Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of quota carrying sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Driven, motivated and results-oriented
