Our client, a rapidly-growing, enterprise SaaS company, is looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their team 100% remotely. The Customer Success Executive will play an integral part in superior client engagement with some of the largest consumer brands in the world. They are ideally looking for this person to be based in the Tri-state area and/or the North Carolina area. 

This technology company is seeking a motivated Customer Success Executive to manage their enterprise clients and retain revenue. This position will be responsible for working with C-suite executives out of Fortune 500 organizations to ensure the continued success of initiatives within your portfolio. The ideal candidate will be passionate, sharp, tech-savvy, and most importantly, customer-focused. 

Customer Success Executive Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage ongoing client relationships and provide an overall positive experience with client retention
  • Retain and drive revenue from existing customers, seek out up-selling opportunities 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and build credibility with customers by being an expert in the SaaS product, and being able to train & teach on how to use
  • Travel to clients to conduct quarterly business reviews and present the data to C-suite of Fortune 500 companies 
  • Drive the achievement of your customers business objectives by collaborating with internal teams 
  • Perform discovery activities to find pain points for your customers and transforming them to solutions

Customer Success Executive Requirements:

  • Strong preference if you are in the Tri-state area and/or Raleigh, North Carolina area
  • At least three years of Customer Success Management experience out of the tech and/or banking industry
  • At least 3 years of experience managing large, Enterprise SaaS clients
  • A great understanding of Martech in highly regulated industries
  • Experience using Salesforce/ g-suite/ slack 
  • Must have strong presentation skills
