As an interim Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll collaborate daily with the sales, training, implementation, and finance teams to ensure projects are launched smoothly and efficiently. You’ll own the details—managing contracts, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring every resource is in the right place at the right time.
What’s the job?

Manage contract data from sales closure through installation and go-live.

Schedule implementation and training resources across multiple projects.

Track vacations, capacity, and timelines to keep operations flowing.

Report trends, identify scheduling gaps, and recommend improvements.

Maintain all updates in project management and scheduling systems.
What’s needed?

3+ years in scheduling, project coordination, or administrative support.

Sharp attention to detail with strong multitasking ability.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with scheduling or CRM systems.
-
Must work a minimum of two days per week onsite in South Jordan, UT.
