Customer Success Associate Responsibilities: 

• Support the business directly through communication with clients and customers
• Respond to phone, email, and chat inquires from customers
• Support the sales team with client service

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 0-3 years of experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to persuade and communicate effectively 
• Customer centric mindset
