The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be able to provide a high level of customer service while resolving customer issues and assisting in any way needed. With an intensive on the job training program our client ensures each employee is ready to succeed!

Bilingual Customer Success Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Properly document and notate all customer interactions in the database
  • Show empathy and compassion to customers
  • Help customers with their account issues

 Bilingual Customer Success Specialist Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience working on the phones preferred
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle difficult situations
