Job Description

LaSalle Network is currently working with a major freight forwarding company. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Grapevine, Texas! They are looking for a sharp, motivated and flexible individual.

 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and support to both customers and overseas offices regarding shipment arrangement, status, transit schedule and/or any irregularity
  • Monitor and provide booking and on-board confirmation to all parties for handling accounts
  • Arrange pick-up and delivery schedule
  • Handle shipment on-hand setups
  • Create shipment reports for customers and branch management
  • Log all damages and loss to report to department supervisor and manager
  • Abide by transportation security administration regulations
  • Join monthly Customer Service Meeting
  • Join training and review meeting for all handling accounts

 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Must be available to work onsite
