Currently we are partnered with a growing organization in the Knoxville area who is seeking to hire for the following openings:

  • Client Servicing Representatives
  • Call Center Representatives
  • Entry Level Customer Service

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer concerns/issues on a daily basis
  • Manage the needs of customers
  • Update account information in a comprehensive database
  • Maintain quotas, goals and metrics
  • Notate and determine issues with customers and inquiries

Customer Service Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • One year of recent communication experience via telephone in a sales, telemarketing or customer service environment
  • Ability to work well independently and also contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and flexible to adapt to change
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in word processing, data entry, internet and spreadsheets
  • Must clear a criminal background check
