Location: Lisle

Type: Temporary – to -hire

Pay: $15/hr + commission

Hours: Monday – Saturday, must be available between 6:00AM – 8:00PM.


Responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives:

  • Ensure positive customer service for all incoming calls
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries
  • Understand company products to best service the customer
  • Upsell company warranties for products
  • Keying in customer demographic information into the system
  • Update customer profiles
  • All other duties as assigned


Requirements for Customer Service Representatives:

  • Customer Service experience, call center preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate ability and eagerness to learn
  • Possesses a team-based mentality
