Customer Service – Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various sales channels, including Amazon, resellers, and website orders.
- Collect orders and route them to the production floor.
- Generate quotes and invoices for customer orders.
- Handle returns and issue return labels to customers.
- Maintain and update the logbook with order details.
- Answer phones, direct callers to email orders, and address customer inquiries.
- Assist with warehouse tasks, including unloading items (approximately 25–30 lbs) with a pallet jack about twice per month.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency with Excel for creating quotes.
- A calm, focused demeanor, comfortable with varying workload intensity.
- Ability to assist with both customer service and shipping logistics.
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service is preferred, though flexible on background.
- Casual dress code (no sandals or open-toed shoes).
Position Details:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: $22/hr
