Job Description
LaSalle Network is working with one of the largest employee assistance programs in the world that is in search of a Customer Service Representative. This role will handle incoming calls and assist customers and their employees with this program.
There are first and second shift options available, as well as remote capabilities. This role is budgeted for $15-17 per hour.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume inbound calls in professional manner
- Provide efficient and professional follow up
- Maintain positive and professional attitude
- Engage in ongoing education and training around laws, policies and service delivery
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior remote work experience preferred
