Are you fluent in French Canadian and English? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment? We’re partnering with a vibrant, well-known professional haircare brand to find a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate who’s ready to make a real impact—100% remotely.

Job Details:
  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
  • Pay rate: $30/hour

Bilingual Customer Experience Associate Responsibilities:
  • Support customers via email, chat, and social—always with a warm, brand-aligned tone
  • Handle orders, returns, discounts, warranty issues, and product inquiries
  • Stay sharp on product knowledge and tailor responses for everyday users and salon pros alike
  • File and follow up on claims for missing/damaged shipments
  • Investigate product quality issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
  • Work cross-functionally with fulfillment and operations to create a seamless experience
  • Identify opportunities to level up support processes

Bilingual Customer Experience Associate Requirements:
  • Fluent in French Canadian and English (written + spoken) – required
  • 2+ years in customer service (DTC or beauty industry is a plus!)
  • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Calm under pressure and detail-obsessed
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience with Shopify and Zendesk or Gorgias is a big plus
