Job Details:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
- Pay rate: $30/hour
Bilingual Customer Experience Associate Responsibilities:
- Support customers via email, chat, and social—always with a warm, brand-aligned tone
- Handle orders, returns, discounts, warranty issues, and product inquiries
- Stay sharp on product knowledge and tailor responses for everyday users and salon pros alike
- File and follow up on claims for missing/damaged shipments
- Investigate product quality issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
- Work cross-functionally with fulfillment and operations to create a seamless experience
- Identify opportunities to level up support processes
Bilingual Customer Experience Associate Requirements:
- Fluent in French Canadian and English (written + spoken) – required
- 2+ years in customer service (DTC or beauty industry is a plus!)
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure and detail-obsessed
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with Shopify and Zendesk or Gorgias is a big plus
