Job Description
LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading manufacturing company to find a Customer Care Coordinator. Our client was named a “Top Place to Work” and one of “America’s Most Responsible Companies” in 2022.
This is a temporary position with the opportunity to convert to permanent. The role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite.
Customer Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers

Provide order status updates

Provide pricing and shipping details to customers

Data entry

Email support
Customer Care Coordinator Requirements:
-
1-3+ years of customer service experience
-
Comfortable using multiple screens/browsers and multi-tasking while on the phone with customers
-
Ability to pivot to new tasks quickly and assist the team where needed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Analytical and decision-making skills
-
High school diploma or GED required
