Ready to join an innovated, cutting-edge organization? Our client is a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty equipment, dedicated to providing top-quality products to their clients. With a commitment to excellence, they are expanding their team and seeking a skilled B2B Credit & Collections Specialist to join them.

They are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Credit & Collections Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in business-to-business collections and a strong understanding of credit processes.

Credit & Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable for B2B customers
  • Conduct business-to-business collections activities
  • Manage a portfolio of 200+ accounts
  • Review and assess credit applications
  • Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with clients
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues
  • Provide regular reports on the status of outstanding accounts

Credit & Collections Specialist Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business-to-business collections
  • Strong understanding of credit collections processes
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
