Our client is a human capital solutions company that leads their industry. As the next Corporate Recruiter, you will work hand in hand with hiring managers across the organization and work to grow their amazing team across different lines of business.
Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from different job boards
- Schedule and conduct phone screens and interviews
- Manage a high-volume requisition load
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring manager
Corporate Recruiter Requirements:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in technical recruiting is a plus
- Experience with any ATS
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Motivation to learn and grow
