LaSalle Network is excited to partner with a leading medical device manufacturer in the search for a detail-driven Corporate Rebates Specialist. This fully remote, Chicago-based Corporate Rebates Specialist opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a role where financial analysis, contracts and operational precision intersect.
As a Corporate Rebates Specialist, you’ll own the end-to-end administration of rebate agreements, ensuring that contract terms translate into accurate calculations, accruals and payments. Your work as a Corporate Rebates Specialist will directly support profitability insights and strengthen compliance across complex rebate programs.
What’s the job?
- Oversee customer rebate program management, including calculations and payments
- Set up and maintain rebate accruals tied to customer agreements
- Review and interpret contract language to ensure accurate rebate implementation
- Manage GPO and customer rebate agreements in alignment with contract terms
- Analyze rebate structures to understand financial impact and profitability
- Use Excel for reporting, reconciliation and program analysis
- Maintain organized contract records and documentation
- Partner with internal teams to support rebate strategy and audit readiness
What’s needed?
- Experience managing rebate programs or pricing agreements
- Strong contract interpretation and administration experience
- Background working with GPO agreements or healthcare contracts preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, analysis, reporting)
- Financial analysis or profitability experience
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Clear written communication and documentation abilities
