LaSalle Network is hiring for a Corporate Controller
This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on Corporate Controller who thrives in operational complexity and fast-paced growth. Our client is building a best-in-class SaaS organization and needs a Corporate Controller who can scale processes and bring discipline to a rapidly expanding business. This fully onsite role in downtown Chicago reports directly to the CFO and plays a critical role in shaping how finance operates at scale.
As the Corporate Controller, you will:
- Own and execute a standardized finance integration playbook for M&A from Day 1 through Day 90
- Lead ERP migrations, chart of accounts mapping and accounting policy alignment
- Re-engineer month-end, quarter-end and year-end close to achieve a consistent five-day close
- Implement a continuous close model with real-time reconciliations and automated intercompany eliminations
- Establish global close calendars and flash reporting for executive and board-level visibility
- Design and enforce a global procurement framework
- Drive automation across AP, AR and expense management to support long-term scalability
- Oversee revenue recognition processes with a strong understanding of ASC 606 and ASC 605
What’s needed?
- Active CPA is Required.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Controller or senior accounting leader in a complex organization
- Hands-on experience with M&A integration and ERP implementations
- Deep operational accounting expertise with a bias toward automation and efficiency
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 805
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams
