Job Description
LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a client to identify a Salesforce Developer to join their team. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom code, integrations and complex workflows. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, as well as experience developing custom solutions on the platform.

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom code and integrations on the Salesforce platform, using Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Develop complex workflows and automation using the Salesforce platform
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Salesforce platform changes and enhancements
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure integration of the Salesforce platform with other systems
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications for Salesforce solutions
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases, new features and best practices
  • Participate in user training and adoption initiatives to increase Salesforce platform usage

Salesforce Developer Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce and SOQL
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce APIs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Salesforce Developer Certification preferred
